DESCRIPTION

Ceramic band heaters are designed to efficiently heat cylindrical surfaces using conduction and radiation methods. Constructed with spirally wound nickel chrome resistance wires embedded in ceramic insulating bricks, they ensure uniform heat distribution. These heaters are housed in a casing with serrated edges for flexibility and easy installation. Integrated ceramic fiber insulation minimizes heat loss and conserves energy, reducing power consumption substantially. They are available in standard or custom configurations with various wiring and clamping options.
